Join me for my second annual Holiday Hustle! For 21 days, you can stay active with daily workouts, encouragement, accountability + some mindfulness thrown in! You will also be able to track your progress + win prizes!
This year's hustle will run from Sunday, December 1st to Sunday, December 22nd. Read on for all the details + how to sign up!
Each day, you will be emailed a workout. Most of these workouts will be strength focused, but as we progress, you'll have the opportunity to complete some cardio + stretching workouts. Each week, you will have the choice for an active recovery day (walking, yoga, biking) or a rest day.
At the start of each week, you will be emailed an accountability sheet. This is how you will track the workouts you've done, plus reflect at the end of the week on something you accomplished and practice mindfulness. Your accountability sheet will also be the way you will keep track of your points if you wish to compete for prizes. This part is not necessary but helps you stay accountable! Prizes will be given to the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place participants.
In addition to your daily workouts, you will have the opportunity to get "bonus points" by drinking water, completing 10,000 steps, and making social media posts!
How Do I Participate?
Each day, check off your completed workout + your bonus activities.
Each Saturday, you will email your sheet to me in order for your points to be counted. On each Saturday evening, you will receive a new accountability sheet.
What Do I Need?
A pair of dumbbells (I recommend 5lbs for beginners and 10-15lbs for more experience)
A step or bench
