21 Day FitStyle
What a year, amiright?! The last 8 months have changed our world and our personal lives in ways most of us would never had imagined. We have endured loss, trauma, new and old stressors, cancelled plans, vacations, life events... some of us have hit rock bottom, lost income, and maybe almost lost our minds. We've been separated from people we love in ways we wouldn't wish on anyone.
Needless to say, the toll this year has taken on our physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual wellbeing has been impactful. We've been taken out of routines, gone to food for comfort, and maybe are in place we don't feel our best at. Regardless of where you are right now, my hope is that the next 3 weeks helps push you forward towards the end of a very hard year and towards a new path of health, happiness, and good habits. When does it
The FitStyle Hustle runs from Friday, November 27th to Friday, December 18th.
Each evening , you will be emailed your workout for the next day. Most of the workouts will be bodyweight focused, but I will also be sending some dumbbell strength workouts each week as well. Each week, you will have a wild card workout of your choice - your favorite group ex class, a run, a spin class, etc. Lastly, you will have the choice for an active recovery day (walking, yoga, stretching) or a rest day one day each week.
At the start of each week, you will be emailed an accountability sheet. This is how you will track the workouts you've done, plus reflect at the end of the week on something you accomplished and practice mindfulness. Your accountability sheet will also be the way you will keep track of your points if you wish to compete for prizes. This part is not requiredbut helps you stay accountable! Prizes will be given to the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place participants.
In addition to your daily workouts, you will have the opportunity to get "bonus points" by drinking water, completing 10,000 steps, and making social media posts!
How do i participate?
Each day, check off your completed workout + your bonus activities.
Each Sunday you will email your sheet to me in order for your points to be counted. On each Sunday evening, you will receive a new accountability sheet for the week.
What do i need?
A pair of dumbbells (I recommend 5-8lbs for beginners and 10-15lbs for more experience)
A step or bench
How much is it?
